What is MyTrueMatch?
A matrimony website where every single profile is verified. Create a profile for free, see people who fit what you are looking for, and take things forward at your own pace. If you would rather a matchmaker searched for you, Varmala by MyTrueMatch does that.

Tap Register for free. Shagun, our assistant, asks a few simple questions, one at a time, and sends a code to your WhatsApp to confirm your number. There is no password.

Yes: for your son, daughter, brother, sister, a relative or a friend. Choose who it is for when Shagun asks.
Do you serve NRIs and people outside India?
Yes. Use your number with its country code; the code comes by email. Prices are shown in US dollars outside India.
Verification and safety
How are profiles verified?
Every member's government ID is checked, with a selfie matched to it, before their profile is shown to anyone. It is free for everyone and usually takes under 24 hours.
Who can see my contact details?
Nobody. Your number is never shown to anyone. Once you match, you talk in the app: messages, voice notes and calls.
What if someone makes me uncomfortable?
Block or report them from their profile, any time. Our team looks at every report.
Plans and payment
Is it free?
Joining is free. A free member can create a profile, get verified, see everyone who matches, open 10 detailed profiles a day, send 3 interests a day, accept interests and reply to messages.

Names and every photo, 50 detailed profiles a day, 200 interests a month, starting conversations with your matches, voice calls with your matches (15 a month, up to 10 minutes each; every call that connects counts as one, and you can buy 10 more), and horoscope matching with compatibility scores. Plans are for 1, 3 or 12 months; you see the prices once you register.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, UPI and net banking through our secure payment gateway. Each plan can renew by UPI Autopay for the same length (a month, 3 months or a year), which you can turn off any time. Outside India, payment is by PayPal.
Do prices include GST?
Rupee prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Dollar prices carry no GST.
Do you charge a success fee?
No, never.
Curated matchmaking
What is Varmala?
Varmala by MyTrueMatch is curated matchmaking. A dedicated matchmaker gets to know you on a call and hand-picks introductions. After the call you confirm your deal-breakers and take a short compatibility test (about 15–20 minutes, once), so introductions fit how you would really get on. Varmala Gold gives you 10 introductions over a year; Varmala Platinum gives you 18, or until you find your match.
Can I talk to someone about it first?
Yes. WhatsApp or call us and the team will explain.

Can I take a break?
Yes: pause your profile in Privacy. Nobody new sees you, and your matches and messages carry on.
How do I deactivate or delete my account?
In Account. Deactivating hides you and deletes nothing; sign in any time to reactivate. Deleting can be undone for 30 days.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored in India and handled under the DPDP Act 2023.
