These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MyTrueMatch website, platform features, and paid offerings (collectively, the "Services") operated by MyTrueMatch ("we", "us", or "our").

By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Description of Services

MyTrueMatch provides structured pre-marital due diligence services to support informed matrimonial decisions. Our services currently include:

• Compatibility: Psychometric and behavioral assessment prepared by qualified experts.
• Verification: Consent-based identity and background due diligence across selected parameters.
• Horoscope: Traditional Jyotish interpretation by experienced astrologers.

Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are described on relevant service pages and may be updated from time to time. Reports are advisory in nature and intended to assist decision-making, not replace independent judgment.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting details for any report.
• For Verification services, ensure prior informed consent is obtained from the individual being verified.

We may suspend or refuse service where these requirements are not met, where misuse is suspected, or where information appears false, incomplete, or misleading.

Consent and Data Collection

MyTrueMatch follows a consent-first model, especially for Verification services. You agree that:

• Verification work may be paused or declined if required consent documentation is not available.
• Data is collected and processed only to the extent reasonably necessary to deliver the selected service.
• Data handling is subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and our Privacy Policy.
• We may engage vetted processors or service partners strictly on a need-to-know basis under confidentiality obligations.

Payment and Refunds

All fees are shown in INR and are payable in advance unless explicitly stated otherwise. Service work generally begins only after successful payment and required inputs are received.

Refunds, cancellations, and revision eligibility are governed solely by our Refund Policy. In case of conflict, the Refund Policy will control for payment and refund matters.

Accuracy of Reports

Our reports are prepared in good faith by qualified professionals using the data, disclosures, and records available at the time of assessment. You acknowledge that:

• Compatibility outputs are interpretive and do not guarantee marital success, compatibility, or outcome.
• Verification findings depend on lawful source availability and may be limited by access, record quality, or time-bound updates in external systems.
• Horoscope analysis is a traditional advisory service and should not be treated as scientific, legal, medical, or financial certainty.

You remain solely responsible for decisions taken based on any report.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, reports, or service process. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Submitting false, forged, or misleading documents or declarations.
• Ordering verification on a person without valid consent where required.
• Using reports for stalking, harassment, coercion, discrimination, extortion, or defamation.
• Republishing, selling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting report content without prior written permission.
• Interfering with platform security, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or automated extraction.
• Using the Services in violation of applicable law.

Violation may result in suspension, account termination, refusal of service, and legal action where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All website content, process designs, report formats, scoring frameworks, visual assets, and service material are owned by or licensed to MyTrueMatch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use your delivered report for private matrimonial decision-making. This license does not permit resale, publication, distribution to the public, or derivative commercial use.

Unauthorized use of our name, logo, content, or materials is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTrueMatch and its directors, employees, experts, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Any personal, family, financial, legal, or relationship decision made by you or others based on report findings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Delays or inaccuracies caused by external data sources, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the fee actually paid by you for that order.

Privacy and DPDP Compliance

We are committed to responsible handling of personal data and aligned processing practices under applicable Indian law. Key principles include:

• Data minimization and purpose limitation.
• Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
• Access controls and confidentiality obligations.
• Retention controls and deletion workflows.
• User rights handling through published support channels.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected misuse, non-cooperation in verification requirements, legal risk, or platform security concerns.

You may stop using our Services at any time. Termination does not affect accrued rights, due payments, or obligations that survive by nature, including confidentiality, liability limits, and dispute clauses.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal rights, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Services.

Before filing formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us in writing and allow a reasonable opportunity for amicable resolution.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect service updates, legal requirements, risk controls, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
