1. Nature of Service. The background verification services offered by MyTrueMatch comprise the collection, verification, and reporting of information relating to the identity, educational qualifications, employment history, residential particulars, financial standing, and criminal antecedents of the subject of verification, drawn from sources lawfully accessible to MyTrueMatch or its authorised partners. The services are rendered solely for the purpose of assisting prospective matrimonial decision-making and are not to be used for employment screening, tenancy verification, credit evaluation, or any other purpose not expressly contemplated under the subscription availed.
2. Sources and Limitations of Information. The information contained in any verification report is derived from public records, third-party databases, court and police records, employer responses, and references, each of which may be subject to limitations of availability, completeness, and accuracy that are beyond the control of MyTrueMatch. Records that have been sealed, expunged, or otherwise restricted by order of a competent court or by operation of law shall not be reflected in the report. MyTrueMatch does not warrant that the information contained in any verification report is exhaustive, and it shall be deemed accurate only as of the date on which verification was last performed.
3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Completeness of Verified Content. MyTrueMatch exercises reasonable care and diligence in collating information from authorised sources; however, it does not and cannot guarantee that the content of any verification report is free from error. The accuracy of the verified content is contingent upon the accuracy and reliability of records maintained by third-party sources, the responsiveness of references and employers, the candour of the subject, and the lawful availability of information at the relevant time. MyTrueMatch makes no warranty, express or implied, that the contents of the report reflect the complete personal, professional, financial, or criminal history of the subject, and shall not be liable for any error, omission, misrepresentation, delay, or concealment attributable to third-party sources or to the subject's failure to disclose material facts.
4. No Guarantee of Satisfaction or Matrimonial Outcome. MyTrueMatch does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any verification report will yield findings acceptable to, or satisfactory for, the subscriber, nor that the information furnished will lead to the solemnisation, success, or stability of any matrimonial alliance. The services are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and no assurance of one hundred per cent (100%) accuracy, completeness, or subscriber satisfaction is, or shall be construed to have been, given.
5. Not a Substitute for Due Diligence. A verification report furnished by MyTrueMatch is intended as one among several sources of information to be considered by the subscriber and is not a substitute for independent enquiry, personal judgment, legal advice, or any statutory due diligence obligation. Subscribers are advised to corroborate the contents of the report and to take matrimonial decisions only after due deliberation and independent assessment.
6. Subscriber Undertakings. By availing the background verification services, the subscriber undertakes that: (a) the verification is being commissioned with the informed consent of the subject, where such consent is required by applicable law; (b) the information obtained shall not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to harassment, stalking, extortion, or discrimination on grounds prohibited by Indian law; and (c) the report shall not be disclosed to any person other than those permitted under the Terms of Service and this Disclaimer. Any use contrary to these undertakings shall constitute a material breach for which the subscriber shall be solely responsible, both civilly and criminally.
7. Acknowledgement and Waiver by the Subject of Verification. Where the subject of verification has provided informed written consent to the verification process, such consent shall be deemed to include an acknowledgement and agreement that: (a) the verification has been lawfully commissioned by the subscriber and conducted through authorised channels; (b) the subject has had a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifications or corrections in respect of material findings prior to finalisation of the report, where the nature of the verification so permits; (c) MyTrueMatch is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any matrimonial alliance entered into by the subject or for the conduct, character, or circumstances of any party to such alliance; and (d) the subject shall not, whether prior to or at any time following the solemnisation, continuance, or dissolution of any matrimonial alliance, institute, maintain, or support any claim, suit, complaint, or proceeding of any nature against MyTrueMatch, its directors, officers, employees, or verification partners in respect of the content, conclusions, consequences, or any marital, familial, or personal outcome arising from or attributable to the verification report, save only in the case of demonstrated fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of MyTrueMatch.
8. No Post-Marriage Claims. Without prejudice to Clause 7, the subscriber and the subject each acknowledge that no fact, circumstance, conduct, or dispute emerging between the parties to a matrimonial alliance subsequent to the solemnisation thereof, including without limitation any ground for divorce, annulment, judicial separation, or maintenance under applicable personal or secular law, shall give rise to any cause of action against MyTrueMatch, and each party irrevocably waives any such claim to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability. Subject to applicable law and to any statutory rights that cannot be contractually excluded, the aggregate liability of MyTrueMatch in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the background verification services shall not exceed the fee actually paid by the subscriber for the specific verification report to which the claim relates. MyTrueMatch shall in no event be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of reputation, relationship, or opportunity, howsoever arising.
10. Non-Discrimination. The subscriber undertakes not to use any information, assessment, or report furnished by MyTrueMatch to discriminate unlawfully against any person on grounds of caste, religion, sex, place of birth, disability, or any other protected characteristic under the Constitution of India or applicable law.
11. Preservation of Statutory Rights. Nothing in these Disclaimers shall operate to limit or exclude any liability or right that cannot, under applicable law, be so limited or excluded, including rights conferred upon consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Data Principals under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
12. Relationship to Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. These Disclaimers are to be read in conjunction with the MyTrueMatch Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the provision more protective of the Data Principal shall prevail.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Disclaimers shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution mechanism, the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection herewith.
14. Severability. If any provision of these Disclaimers is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Disclaimer for Psychometric Assessment Services

1. Nature of Service. The psychometric assessments made available through MyTrueMatch are standardised, self-administered instruments designed to offer indicative insights into personality traits, emotional dispositions, interpersonal tendencies, and values of the participant. The assessments are offered exclusively for informational and self-reflective purposes in the context of matrimonial decision-making.
2. Not a Clinical or Diagnostic Tool. The psychometric assessments offered by MyTrueMatch are not, and must not be construed as, a substitute for clinical psychological evaluation, psychiatric diagnosis, medical treatment, or any form of professional mental health consultation. The results of such assessments do not constitute a diagnosis of any mental health condition, disorder, or disability, and shall not be relied upon for any medical, therapeutic, employment, custodial, or adjudicatory purpose.
3. Inherent Limitations and No Guarantee of Accuracy. Psychometric instruments, by their nature, measure responses at a particular point in time and under particular conditions. Results may be influenced by the participant's mood, context, level of candour, linguistic proficiency, cultural background, and motivation at the time of administration, and may accordingly vary across administrations. MyTrueMatch does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, validity, reliability, or predictive value of any assessment, nor that the results reflect with one hundred per cent (100%) precision the personality or disposition of the participant, in relation to future behaviour, marital compatibility, or relationship outcomes.
4. No Guarantee of Satisfaction. The psychometric assessment services are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MyTrueMatch makes no representation or warranty that the results of any assessment will be satisfactory to, acceptable by, or actionable for the subscriber or the participant, or that the results will confirm, support, or facilitate any particular matrimonial decision.
5. Indicative, Non-Determinative Results. Assessment reports generated by MyTrueMatch are indicative rather than determinative. They are to be read as one among several sources of self-understanding and are not a reliable basis, whether standing alone or in combination with other assessments, for any consequential matrimonial decision. Subscribers and participants are cautioned against attributing undue weight to such reports.
6. Consent, Voluntariness, and Waiver. Participation in a psychometric assessment is voluntary and undertaken on the basis of the participant's informed, written consent. Such consent shall be deemed to include the participant's acknowledgement that (a) results are indicative only and offered for self-reflective purposes; and (b) the participant shall not, whether before or after the solemnisation, continuance, or dissolution of any matrimonial alliance, institute any claim against MyTrueMatch in respect of the content or consequences of the assessment report, save in the case of demonstrated fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of MyTrueMatch. Results are furnished solely to the participant or, where applicable, to the subscriber with the participant's explicit written consent, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability. Subject to applicable law, MyTrueMatch disclaims all liability for any decision, act, or omission made by any person in reliance upon the results of a psychometric assessment, including decisions relating to matrimonial alliance, cohabitation, or disclosure. The aggregate liability of MyTrueMatch in respect of the psychometric assessment services shall not exceed the fee actually paid for the assessment concerned.
8. Non-Discrimination. The subscriber undertakes not to use any information, assessment, or report furnished by MyTrueMatch to discriminate unlawfully against any person on grounds of caste, religion, sex, place of birth, disability, or any other protected characteristic under the Constitution of India or applicable law.
9. Preservation of Statutory Rights. 1. Nature of Service. The horoscope generation, kundli matching, guna milan, and astrological compatibility services made available through MyTrueMatch (collectively, the "Astrological Services") are offered as a traditional and cultural adjunct to matrimonial decision-making, in response to the expressed preferences of subscribers who attach cultural, religious, or personal significance to such practices. The Astrological Services are rendered for informational and cultural purposes only.
2. No Predictive Guarantee. MyTrueMatch makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, and offers no guarantee of one hundred per cent (100%) accuracy, reliability, or predictive value of any horoscope, kundli, guna milan score, dosha identified, or compatibility analysis generated through the Platform. Any reference to "compatibility," "auspiciousness," or similar terminology is to be understood in its traditional astrological sense and not as a scientific, quantitative, or guaranteed assessment.
3. Dependence on Accuracy of Birth Particulars. All astrological computations are generated on the basis of birth particulars provided by the subscriber or the subject, including date, time, and place of birth. MyTrueMatch does not independently verify the accuracy of such particulars, and any inaccuracy therein shall materially affect the resulting horoscope or matching report. The subscriber and the subject shall bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided, and the accuracy of any astrological output is contingent upon, and limited by, the accuracy of the inputs furnished.
4. No Guarantee of Satisfaction. The Astrological Services are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MyTrueMatch makes no representation that the findings of any astrological report will be satisfactory to, or acceptable by, the subscriber, the subject, or any family member thereof, and no subscriber or subject shall have any claim arising from dissatisfaction with any such finding.
5. Not a Basis for Matrimonial Decisions. Astrological reports are intended solely as a matter of cultural reference and must not be relied upon as a determinative, or even principal, basis for accepting, rejecting, or evaluating any matrimonial proposal. MyTrueMatch expressly discourages decision-making founded solely or substantially upon astrological findings and affirms that all matrimonial decisions must rest upon the free will, informed judgment, and mutual consent of the prospective parties.
6. No Religious Endorsement and Non-Discrimination. The Astrological Services are offered in recognition of the cultural and personal preferences of certain subscribers and do not constitute an endorsement by MyTrueMatch of any religious, spiritual, or denominational belief. Subscribers are under no obligation to avail of the Astrological Services and may avail of all other services offered by MyTrueMatch independently thereof. MyTrueMatch does not facilitate, and expressly disapproves of, the use of astrological findings as a basis for any form of discrimination impermissible under the Constitution of India or applicable law.
7. Waiver of Claims by Subject. Where the subject's birth particulars are submitted to the Astrological Services with the subject's consent, such consent shall be deemed to include an acknowledgement that the subject shall not, whether before or after the solemnisation, continuance, or dissolution of any matrimonial alliance, institute any claim against MyTrueMatch in respect of the content or consequences of any horoscope, kundli, or matching report generated through the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability. Subject to applicable law, MyTrueMatch shall not be liable for any loss, damage, disappointment, or consequence of any nature whatsoever arising from reliance upon any astrological report generated through the Platform. The aggregate liability of MyTrueMatch in respect of the Astrological Services shall not exceed the fee actually paid for the particular service availed.

The subscriber undertakes not to use any information, assessment, or report furnished by MyTrueMatch to discriminate unlawfully against any person on grounds of caste, religion, sex, place of birth, disability, or any other protected characteristic under the Constitution of India or applicable law.
